At Play & Thrive, we believe every child deserves to feel understood, valued and supported to thrive in their own unique way. We are a mobile paediatric occupational therapy service that brings therapy into the places where children learn, play and participate most naturally. By working within your child's everyday environments, we can build meaningful skills that translate into daily life. Our practice is grounded in a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach. We recognise that every child experiences the world differently, and we celebrate those differences. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we tailor therapy to each child's unique strengths, interests, goals and support needs.

Achieve Therapy and Consultancy

Experienced therapist providing a combination of Occupational Therapy support services (functional capacy and other assessments, assistve technology prescription, home modifications and therapy sessions); and creative therapy using a mixture of mediums (painting, drawing, hand building in clay, sculpture and other mediums).

OAK Family Therapy

OAK Family Therapy grew from a need for a family centred therapeutic experience that focuses on enriching children’s lives - and their parents. We provide paediatric occupational therapy and play therapy intervention through our specialised framework. Our clinic space is purpose built and includes a sensory integration gym, play room and therapeutic clinic rooms.

ICONIC Allied Health / ICONIC Kids

ICONIC Allied Health was founded by Michelle Vincent in 2024. Michelle Vincent is an Occupational Therapist with over 17 years’ experience in the field of paediatrics and adolescence. She qualified with a BSc Honours degree in Occupational Therapy in 2009 before completing postgraduate training in Ayres Sensory Integration through the South African Institute for Sensory Integration (SAISI). In 2010 Michelle founded Michelle Vincent Occupational Therapy; a thriving and successful Paediatric Private Practice in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, which grew substantially in the 10years following this. In 2020, Michelle relocated to Australia to support the development of the paediatric brand for an established National NDIS registered company. Michelle has extensive experience in running a paediatric practice, developing programs, collaborating with and supporting schools, training and supervising junior and senior therapists, running educational workshops, founding support groups for parents and siblings of children with developmental differences, and administering high quality, evidence-based therapy. With a passion for all things sensory, Michelle has a particular interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. She is driven to assisting individuals to obtain optimal occupational performance and independence, with a specific focus on individual potential and for setting goals that are relevant and meaningful to each individual and their family. Over the past 6 years Michelle has developed a passion for facilitating access to services through the NDIS and digital platforms. Michelle is an advocate for early intervention and believes in working closely with parents, teachers and other professionals who form part of the child’s support team. Michelle additionally demonstrates expertise in the early teenage group, and sensory support across the lifespan.

The Thrive Spot

The Thrive Spot have been providing high quality family centred speech pathology services in the Illawarra since 2021. In 2024, we made the jump into providing other allied health services including Occupational Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy and Chiropractic care. We are a team of dedicated therapists and customer relations team who strive to provide support to all children. Our core purpose is to help our client reach their goals through their strengths, collaborating with important people to them and embracing their neurodiversity. We want our families to feel empowered and in control of their child's goals. Our team constantly are learning and use the best evidence available to develop our services. We are not afraid to make a fool of ourselves or try something new to ensure our clients are able to achieve their goals AND we definitely focus on having our clients and families enjoy therapy along the way!

Nepean Speech and Occupational Therapy

NSPOT is a multi-disciplinary team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists and exercise physiologist whose passion is to help children become the best versions of themselves in a fun and supportive environment. We provide the following services: Speech therapy Occupational therapy EP therapy sessions Joint speech / OT sessions Groups and intensive programs University student clinical education Speech and OT services occur both in clinic and at schools.

Dot to Dot Early Intervention

Every child develops differently, and we're here to help. At Dot to Dot Early Intervention, our team works alongside families to provide tailored therapy, groups, and support that helps children build skills, confidence, and connections that make a difference at home, at school, and in the community. We help parents / caregivers to be the everyday experts of their children (0-8 yrs), working together to reach their goals in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Stay and Play Allied Services

Stay and Play Allied Services specialises in Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology for children aged 0 to 12 years. We are a mobile-based paediatric service covering areas of Western Sydney and North West Sydney. We are highly skilled and compassionate Therapists who value working closely with families, caregivers, schools, and health professionals to help children learn to navigate life with their unique abilities. We use evidence-based therapy techniques to treat our clients. Our Therapists regularly participate in professional development and continuing education to ensure children receive the best care.

OT Helping Children

Occupational Therapy Helping Children (OTHC) provides paediatric occupational therapy services for children and young people, supporting areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care, attention, social participation and everyday independence. Services are available in our Frenchs Forest clinic, as well as in schools, preschools, homes and via telehealth, and include individual therapy, assessments, groups, parent coaching and school readiness support. OTHC Beyond extends this support to young adults aged 18–25, focusing on practical life skills, independence, community participation, work readiness, social skills and confidence in managing everyday life.

Each session is designed to be fun, multi-sensory, and goal-focused, combining education and creativity to engage your child in meaningful ways. We tap into your child's individual strengths and interests to overcome challenges and bridge any gaps in their development. Thoughtful and experienced assessment is also available to ensure the functional needs of the child are communicated and understood by those supporting them.
